Will you still run pure stock? Just curious what, if any mods are allowed. I have you're twin but a 4 speed. With basically same mild mods. I like the class.

Was it a hardtop or wagon? I had always liked that color. Our family had a 66 sport Fury convertible in that color. I have always liked it. I just don't see that color much anymore even at shows out here.

Check for intake leaks. Carb base, manifold gaskets, vacuum hoses. Depending how old and brittle they are...cold could shrink them enough to leak. Think cold header gaskets...tic (leak) when cold, silent (sealed) when warmed up.
