I found this mopar power window switch rebuild service on E-Bay, that looks very interesting. I personally cannot vouch for him, but he has incredible positive feedback, having done many. Here is the link if U have any further interest. Just my $0.02.. :thumbsup...

If you have a bad rear main seal or transmission input seal, the spinning converter will sling oil on your headers making a nice smoke screen behind you as you drive. I guess there's potential for fire but your transmission might stop pulling before it slung enough juice on the headers to start...

So now you need to bypass the resistor so there is constant 12 volts at the coil.
