How much money do you want to spend here? Can you install the AVS2 carb yourself? It may run good out right of the box and save you hundreds of dollars. Shop rates are not cheap.

I have never seen one. A well worn 3/8 drive sockets square drive end might fit the plug. Once you get one that could work you could weld a nut to it. . .400 is close to 13/32 and is a real odd ball. Majority of the ones I have seen were 6 point plugs. I have made male 4 point for female sockets...
pnora: .400" is going to be tough to find. Chrysler has to have a special tool made by one of the usual sources for this. I have the FSM but I've never seen mention of a tool.
