It looks like the flywheel is the problem I would not use that one. A replacement 143 tooth 11 inch flywheel should be the fix.

Yes the Dealers replaced them because those Holley carbs originally came with cork gaskets that would shrink and start to leak fuel.

A 1971 383 4BBL car also came with a 625 cfm Carter AVS carb #6125S

That car will come with a 11 inch flywheel with a 143 tooth ring gear. It's alright to reuse the flywheel hairline cracks are only on the surface.

If you didn't have noise before this new problem started, it is possible the noises could be coming from the clutch.
