I put on a vintage Air system (custom mount) long single belt. Asking incase I have belt issues . So that I may be able to come up with a dual AC drive belt system.
on the 62 plymouth there are these sheild things (like blinders) and the black felt material...The plastic on the shift buttons a green. My shields are missing.
Does anyone have pictures of the "Shield" s {Cardboard things used with the black felt material} around the push buttons for shifter and heat control buttons...They hlep contain the light for lumination of the buttons...In the parts p book they are call " shield" also noted " not serviced."...
I was wondering just how the black felt material is placed around the gear selector & heat control buttons. Also is there anything else used when putting them inplace ?
The floor pans on my 62 Fury were in bad shape. I formed some new sheetmetal, But could use some input on the location for the holes to mount the gas pedal.
Throttle cable question 1962 V8 fury. If someone has a 62 V8 throrrle cable handy. Could you get me some measurements... total/ end to end of the throttle cable including the clevis clip...and also the total length of the cable housing sleeve. Thanks My cable is a home grown thing. But it may...
Stupid question time... I've got my 62 fury torn apart..have not owned to all that long., so don't laugh...do the front parking light stay on when the headlight are turned on ????I had a 64 dodge A100, and when the headlights when on the parking light went of (designed that way )
I see that the photo with the hemi..is not your car. At some point I may want to update my 62 to power brakes. my at this point has mauual disc up front.
