Beautiful car....fins be damned. Americana defined for that era. Enough sheetmetal to build two cars of today.

    Happy Birthday to Jerry Hall

Thanks to all for all the Happy Birthday wishes. I hurt my left ankle a week ago and today was the first day I could get a shoe on that foot and hobble around, even though that wasn't a great accomplishment, it made my day along with all the Birthday wishes. THANKS!!!

Pinion Yokes - What to Use

If it was a race car with a stick and twelve inch slicks, that's what I'd recommend too. I've got a four inch aluminum shaft with billet yokes and 1350s on both ends, in my 14"slick transbrake car. "Spirited" street driving doesn't need it. Unnecessary expense.

I don't understand how mammals survive such cold temperatures.

Multi layered coats are insulation, and insulation works both ways.

I don't understand how mammals survive such cold temperatures.

I don't know about you guys, but I grow a full head of hair. I have kept it cut real short for a long time. As soon as it gets long enough for all of the hairs to kind of lay over together (about 2 weeks usually) I get unreasonably hot, even in cold weather. A deer or other fur bearing mammal...

I also wonder how my Newfoundland would survive in a warmer climate. He loves the snow.
