I primed it and then used Duplicolor Chrysler Green engine paint with ceramic. The color seems a little off in the pics I posted but it has actually changed a bit since it has cured. Plus the LED lighting in the shop seems to give everything a different look in pictures anyway it seems like.

Spring there should be nothing stronger than what is need to hold the throw out bearing off the pressure plate and keep the fork from rattling. That spring looks mean.. lol. Hold the adjuster rod, pull back on the fork. You should get a gap of about 3/16 or so...
