They sell a kit to mask off the spoke area. Sanding and repainting the outer rim and between the spokes isnt too bad. I did a set. I'm not the best painter but they turned out alright. By the way those are Road Wheels. Here is a link to the masking kit.

Pro Forged is one of the better ones out there theses days in my opinion.
However, their rubber boots suck on the tie rod ends. All four tore out at ~500 miles on a resent build. Replaced with Prothane boots. Not a problem since.
Myself I normally did not use them. Like I said they are guide and stem size specific. So you need to measure. Plus some of them require the guides to be machined. With that being said I commonly used 16 of the same umbrella seals.
