Try measuring from the body line to the straight edge in pictures 1 and 4. The shape / angles do not appear to be the same, which would cause a change in the height at the back. That is just how it looks in the pics to me.
If you read his question he was asking for body height to ground. I realize there is ride height which no one really uses. Seems like most prefer the look by eye.
You appear to have a cooling problem at speed not at idle. Fans are used to create air flow at idle. Vehicle movement causes air flow at speed. I don't think fans are your issue. I would focus on air flow, coolant flow or tune.
