P code 400 cars. Let's see your car

I had a chance, some years back, to buy an E58 Magnum GT w/moonroof, which is the lowest production engine in a Magnum in '78, much more common in '79. Only 191 were built in '78. 345 "P's" were built in '78. ( That's Magnums ) The guy bought it in Arizona, hauled it to Canada, and never took...

    FOR SALE Horn Switch 2771534 Correct for 67 68 69 & Works On 67 - 74!

So recently I dug out this horn switch to reply to a want ad on this site. I have to say I learned a bit about them! Most ads state that all these switches are for 1967 through 1974! The member here was looking for part number 2822126. I could not find that part number in my dealership 1969...

    AC or No AC

You're not really losing any measurable horsepower when the AC isn't turned on. The deciding factor is how it looks under the hood.

    Four speed input shaft troubles

Correct way would be to drill and ream a couple of thousandths undersize for correct bushing length for better shaft support and longer wear of bushing. Most just cut shaft off and they seem to work okay. Just make sure shaft does not bottom out and put pressure on input shaft. I guess it...

    1968 Dodge Charger Undercoating

I have installed new floor and trunk pans. What is the best undercoating to use, keeping in mind that I do not have a lift? One recommendation I received was POR-15 bushed on. Should I also coat the top side? Thank You!

    AC or No AC

My wife and I special-ordered our '69 Charger without A/C. At that time of our lives we had never even ridden in a car with A/C and thought it was a needless additional expense to the purchase price. Later, we had a dog and he was too uncomfortable on trips back home without it so we had the...
