I would use it to break in the cam and check for leaks, but be aware that to seat the rings you need a load on the engine either from a dyno or from driving the car around. I'd suggest just running it long enough to break the cam in. Then...

Just put new plugs and coil packs on my Ram truck and was wondering, what’s the reason for 2 plugs per cylinder. Seem like a unnecessary expense.
And we don’t even want to talk about the one on driver side behind the brake booster.
I had these on my Swinger when I got it. They might have helped a bit. If you install ones large enough to do some good, you probably won't like the look.
