Just put new plugs and coil packs on my Ram truck and was wondering, what’s the reason for 2 plugs per cylinder. Seem like a unnecessary expense. And we don’t even want to talk about the one on driver side behind the brake booster.

I had these on my Swinger when I got it. They might have helped a bit. If you install ones large enough to do some good, you probably won't like the look.
