Yes, 100% bone stock about 50,000 mi I think. Points, original exhaust etc, about 4200 lb without driver . The mph was right around 94. Hard to believe the 6 pk SF wouldn't beat it. Unless wheelspin was an issue.

I don't think so. I bolted my small block 727 directly to my 5.7 Hemi. I used the flexplate that was on it also (2004 truck motor). I just had to have the welds holding the starter ring gear cut and the ring gear removed. I've been driving it like that for 17 years now. The old Chrysler 392 and...

I messed around with it earlier. Pulled it out and gave it a bath. It looks pretty good from 20 ft. away and that's perfect for me.

It's new along with the brakes and they work well. Until they don't. That's a good thing to put on my list. Thanks for the suggestion.
