The moldings look like they are under the back edge of the trunk lid and rear quarter panel ends where the moldings would normally be mounted. The side marker lights are twice the length of the factory ones,and half the thickness.

I saw this picture of a Challenger with unusual taillights, rear moldings and marker lights. It almost looks like a prototype 1971 car that didn't make production. The recessed tail panel is similar to the production 71 layout.
There are only a few surviving photos of the car. We didn't all have camera phones in the seventies. Rotary phones were connected to the wall with a cord. I have been told that the car still exists and is in your area,so if you see it around, snap a few shots and send them to me.
