Have
someone turn the steering wherl back and forth and watch the bade of the column, coupler, and all the steering linkage. You should be able to tell where the play is.
They did. I have stomped on the pedal on my 66 and locked up all 4. They work great until they don't. Oh well, you gotta go sometime.
WOW, that sounds like quite a party. I would need some disc brakes and something other than a single reservoir master cylinder for that cruise.
Sorry, I don't. It has been a long time since I did any of those swaps on a big block. I have never done a 4 barrel swap that didn't require some bracket and linkage swaps and modifications.
It probably won't bolt right up. You will probably need a 4 barrel bracket and possibly a different cable. Kickdown linkage for an automatic can be a bit tricky.
If you request parts anywhere other than in a proper Parts Wanted ad, in the Marketplace forums, your post and/or thread will be deleted.
Also, if a member is asking for what parts may fit and you offer any parts, Your post will be deleted. Don't mess it up for the guy.
Many members go right...
Let me see, you are looking for seat tracks, original if possible. Start a Parts wanted ad!
OK, Voodoo started a wanted thread. Go there if you have something to offer.
