IMO, there are no 'standards' for these terms, although there probably should be.
If by, stage-3, he means final max wedge ports sizing and shape, then yes it would hurt bottom end, and you would need an intake specifically made to use that head design.

Just had another thought. I assume the problem is the bolt head is hitting the bracket? If so, what I would probably do is remove the bolt and weld a boss on the back of the bracket, drill a hole in the bracket and put the bolt through the bracket. Would that work?
I wouldn't buy that car if you paid me... it's hinting at all kinds of issues. Thats a case of future buyers remorse if I ever saw one, especially at 47K... :rolleyes:
My 440 for my charger, bad crank, hole side of block repair mild cam built all new head work everything new bore 30 over short block assembly @ 6,900 the labor was the same amount as the build. And that’s no tariffs.
