    car songs / driving songs

I haven't seen it yet, so I'll interject one some of you may not know about. Very different than what I usually cotton to, but this band is terminally talented and this song sums up where I am in life right now, so when it comes on the radio, I just wanna drive...

Oh HELL yes - Nuge doing this one live is good for 10 minutes of inappropriate driving. :) Ol' Smokey Medlocke hisself would be proud of you for picking this one. Alter Bridge is a fantastically talented hard rock band. I suggest "Metallingus" if you want blood to pump a bit. :)...

Lots of fantastic stuff right off the bat here on page 1. Personal favorites: This one gets real personal for me - the part where the singer refers to God as "she" especially. Keep in mind, I don't just believe in Him - I KNOW He exists and yes, I'm referring to Him as a "he" for a reason...

Who here remembers all these NEHOA people?

Thanks. :-) Been meaning to do this for the last 30+ years....

Who here remembers all these NEHOA people?

Todays' upload is from the NeHOA meet in Dedham MA in May 1986. Another big one (over 70 pics) including one that tickled me: That's Glen Fronheiser giving me the "number 1" sign behind my back - and Liz giving him rabbit ears. :)

    64Bel Get Well Soon

Ditto. One of the things that irks me about this site is how much I miss - and this one is no exception... Now having read through the entire thread, all I can think is "HOLY SNIKEYS" Dave! So sorry you've gone through all that - but I'm glad to read you're in good spirits and have fought the...

Clearance issues with 7 blade "hemi" clutch fan and my radiator. Need another fan choice.

I have a Griffin 3" aluminum "exact fit" 26" radiator in Fred the GTX; this took some modifications, since the car came with a 22" from the factory (which was wholly undersized for the car, given the engine power increase, etc.). I run it with a factory shroud and a straight drive 8-blade fan...

Who here remembers all these NEHOA people?

More updates on my photo albums of old NeHOA meets today... I found a nice program that not only allows me to scan multiple pics at once (thank the Lord!) but also has a nice enhancement feature for old pics to breathe a little new life in them. As a result, I've taken down all I had uploaded...

Went To My Kidney Doctor Today…… Not Good News.

Fantastic news! Thanks for keeping us in the loop and letting us know of your progress. :) Thank the Lord for His kind grace and thank the donor too! I know it's hard to be patient right now, but you gotta be - very good to hear the little extra interior checkup confirmed their good work and...

Who here remembers all these NEHOA people?

I've put up some more albums of meets in my folder previously linked to in this thread, including a BIG one on the Danville PA 1985 meet, as well as a SIAC meet at Mayo Beach, MD same year... Time has not been kind to these pics, most of which I'm seeing for the first time since I stashed them...

"Is this site is working slow this morning" Yes, it is - in fact, it's so bad, it's warping the rules of proper grammar!
