Working the problem of border line vacuum for the dual diaphragm booster. My cam shaft is a 110 LSA Bullett, [email protected], 576 lift w/ 1.6 ratio. and at idle I'm pulling just a tick over 17" with the car in park and no load on the engine. Been a minute getting to this point. Cutting with 2000 then 2500 wet. Polishing with 3M product & foam pads from TCP. Still have the hood, deck and front fenders to do. Probably another 20-25 hours.
Had some buddies over to help guide the body over the engine assembly, was a tight fit with those 1 7/8 dia. headers but with a wiggle and a waggle it went home without too much of a fuss.
