I just installed this throttle cable which is 20" long on a 1967 plymouth 383. Does it look right? It looks too long to me. There is no binding and the pedal seems to work properly. Comments please. Thanks as always.

Can you remove the heater hose nipples without removing the alternator bracket. I tried several sockets and none seem to fit. I hate to have to take everything apart and use a pipe wrench. Any suggestions? Many thanks. 383 motor.
