yep, I heard you stopped by. I was supposed to help out there last weekend but I got called in to work last minute. As far as the Farmingdale show goes though, I reserved that day off months ago so I'm there for sure!
we have another club member who was supposed to be responsible for contacting clubs. I'm going to ask at the meeting tomorrow and see if he's asked them yet.
thanks for the bumps, guys :)
Just as a side note, we had to sacrifice our rain date with the school due to a scheduling...
I hate "Bumping", but I'm "bumping". Deal. lol
So far, hearing from some clubs in the area and it looks to be a nice turn out. I know there are other shows going on that day too, but even if you guys show up for a bit and then leave for another show, we'd love to have you.
We're hoping for awesome weather that day. It was originally a rain date, but we had to take it because the weekend PRIOR, there's a HUGE Test and Tune car show going on out in Islip somewhere. I'm gonna get the details and post that for anyone interested also since the club is helping out...
It's that time of year again, and Farmingdale State College's F.A.E (Farmingdale Automotive Enthusiasts) club is hosting or annual Motor Show on Sunday May 5th, 2013! For those of you on facebook, here's a link to our page where you can also find the official event to RSVP to...
looks like an awesome deal for somebody. From those pics it looks like a great daily/ project starting point. Wish he put pics of the interior up in the ad though
hey, just wanted to say good luck with the sale. I'm 20 now, and if I had the cash laying around, I'd jump at a deal like this! I woulda killed to have it for my first car, and to make matter worse, I already have a 440 to put in a bad boy like this lol anyway, good luck!
Just curious, is it still for sale, and would you by chance let it go as a roller? Not exactly in the market this minute, but good to know if I come into some cash
*I don't expect a charger for $500... obviously... I would think that would be an insulting/ infuriating offer to someone with a charger. The market isn't friendly in terms of "low budget Chargers"... or mopars in general for that matter. but it's worth putting the word out there.
Still looking... a potential deal with a '74 Road runner I was looking at fell through on the seller's end (had to sell local and I can't blame him- he was fair about it)
Looking for rollers that would make good drivers. I have a motor and tranny, so I don't need one (unless somebody's got a...
gonna see what I can do... awesome price. gonna talk to dad and see what he thinks (also gotta get the money together. Sitting on about $1000 of "fun cash" now. I'll PM you if wwe come to a conclusion. 'till then, awesome car and an awesome price. good luck with the sale!
I'm recieving much more attractive offers than I had even hoped for! I just want to mention, again, that I don't have the money sitting around, so it'll be a while before I can reach a lot of these amazing prices you guys are throwing at me. Thanks a ton for the interest in my post. I didn't...
Twinscrew, i don't recall getting a pm from you...
Yeah I liked the darts for a while, but it kinda passed. They don't excite me.so much anymore. Late 60's cudas are the only a bodies I have a thing for. B bodies are exciting to me, so we'll see. Talking to anothrr member who's selling a...
