Like I said factory distributors and coils. What is done when they are recalibrated or rebuilt that eliminates this problem? How much does it cost, are these rebuilders prompt or does it take 6 mos?(Never did see an accurate one after they were even a couple years old - "back in the day".) Thanks

Hemi always bounced around above 2500 rpm, the tach in the wedge car reads about 30% fast all the time. Any thoughts?
thans to all! No, this isn't just a not charging at idle, which like one poster said in the nature of the beast, but not untill 1500 rpm is low.
Anyway, the 3 -1/4 just plain looks too big, the 2 - 5/8 would be it then.
