So I hooked up my multimeter to the stud on the alternator, set it so I could see it in the drivers seat. At 1500 rpm its putting out right around 12.20, at idle around 700rpm around 11.80, hold it at 2000rpm it puts out around 12.60, switch my headlights on and it drops to around 11.7... So...

Went and picked up the car from the metal guy last weekend, moved it to the paint shop. I was all smiles. I thought he did a great job, but was relieved to hear the same from the paint man. A very solid job, even with the bad fit of the repop panels. He said he had his work cut out for him...
