What about welding them up to the roof? I mean if the car isn't painted that is. I had to skin my roof and replace but haven't decided if I should weld them up or not.

haha yes that key word. potential for sure. might be looking for a donor body as this used to have a vinyl top and the PO removed that and only fiberglassed over the whole roof many years ago. time has taken its toll on the roof. but I've been wanting to do a resto guess i found it lol.
