    Tired of the 5 speed

It sounds like the tci built 727 you have may not really be what you want anymore, I would look for a stock rebuilt unit and sell off the racier one, you'll probably end up money ahead

    452 head porting?

Maybe does against convention but copper rtv helps me keep my turbo manifolds sealed up on my 383. I've used on headers as well. Of course try to get them as flush and even as possible.

What do you think of these rims on a Charger?

Probably backspace to get more tire under there. I've got 5.5" bs on mine cuz it's got the 3" mini tubs to the inside

Audi seats in a 74 Satellite

I'm sure you're already thinking about it but watch the load the heaters take. A lot more than buzz buzz put your seatbelts on

    Botched Edelbrock 1407 rebuild?

Did you take photos of the porcelain portion of the spark plugs inside of the ground strap? Were they all carboned/fouled like that?

    383 EFI intake

My point is everything else he needs to make this work is built around supporting those platforms. I run a 5.0 style TB on a sheet metal elbow on my fury, that allowed me to buy a bbk aftermarket TB very affordablely used for example.

    383 EFI intake

Why the Ford truck TB vs a common 5.0 or LS platform?

There has to be a clearer way to delete private messages

Something has gotten better, it used to be you had to scroll to find the panel that had the pick list to choose what action to take. It doesn't seem to do that on android or chrome on Windows anymore. That was really silly.

Roller or Flat Tappet? Mild 440 build prep

I would not invest in a roller for that build personally, and my next build is using a small solid with edm lifters. Hopefully I don't regret it

There has to be a clearer way to delete private messages

The comments that basically say deal with it or that infer it's simple to figure out sound defensive to me. Maybe not everyone understands the software is bought and installed and used and there's only so much configuration Joey and others can do. I certainly do. And when the software is...

For Sale: Not Mine 69 Super Bee “Paint Worthy Project”

Who here knows a paint guy who would just paint on top of that car and claim any responsibility for how it turns out?

At a different point in my career, absolutely =)

There has to be a clearer way to delete private messages

In my software mind it's "how the heck did any engineer or product manager think that was acceptable?". It's obviously a function of the software that the product manager doesn't really care about.

For Sale: Not Mine 69 Super Bee “Paint Worthy Project”

I don't read anything in the description that really adds up to their slogan. It basically only says they hung the sheet metal and shot primer on it. None of the finish work you'd expect but one long disclaimer of warranty...

There has to be a clearer way to delete private messages

I've been in software 25 yrs, it's really annoying when admins blame users when the software is stupid. This forum software has some nice features, but maintaining the inbox is not one of them. I don't think anyone here wrote the software, why such defensiveness?

    68 Coronet 2-dr door won't open

The screws came loose on my 69 Coronet and luckily we're replacing the quarters and were able to drill it out from the backside. Not what you want to hear probably.
