It sounds like the tci built 727 you have may not really be what you want anymore, I would look for a stock rebuilt unit and sell off the racier one, you'll probably end up money ahead
Maybe does against convention but copper rtv helps me keep my turbo manifolds sealed up on my 383. I've used on headers as well. Of course try to get them as flush and even as possible.

I don't read anything in the description that really adds up to their slogan. It basically only says they hung the sheet metal and shot primer on it. None of the finish work you'd expect but one long disclaimer of warranty...
I've been in software 25 yrs, it's really annoying when admins blame users when the software is stupid.
This forum software has some nice features, but maintaining the inbox is not one of them.

The screws came loose on my 69 Coronet and luckily we're replacing the quarters and were able to drill it out from the backside. Not what you want to hear probably.
