72 Charger w/full vinyl top that has some rust under it. I'm wanting to remove the trim and top and need help on the trim removal. Anyone have any removal instructions or videos I could use or look at? I sure don't want to mess up the trim as it's expensive to find/replace as you are aware of...
Currently have 72 Dodge Charger Rally w/factory tach (rally dash) and the tach works, but is not reading correctly, shows about 750-1000 RPM more than I know it should be and sometimes it will stick. I need to start trouble shooting and was looking for some suggestions on where to start?
In college, I had a stock Dodge Charger w/400 Magnum 4bbl and I could definitely smoke the tires. Currently have a stock 72 440 Magnum automatic and can smoke them and sometimes breaking into 2nd gear.
I've got a 72 Charger, 440 w/electronic ignition. I'm trying to find some OEM reproduction type replacement wires but everything I find, like from Classic industries, are all for NON-electronic ignition. I'm not sure if the difference is possibly radio interference if you use the NON electronic...

I'll try to post some later today. Been raining hard here the last couple of days and somehow the ones I had have vanished (likely user error :() from my phone.
Thanks! I think that's the path I'm going. The performance (original 275-285HP) aspect has been my hang-up, but I'm going to rework the engine and get it more legit. If I could get the power up along with the originality of the car, I would be a happy camper.
Yeah, agree with everything you say. I've reached out to Grovier to get it certified/authenticated which is a pretty slow process, but would be would support documentation. Based on the comments so far, I think I'm just going to make the needed repairs/upgrades and continue to enjoy it.
That is some great feedback Runcharger and appreciated. I don't dislike the Hemi Orange, I'm an OK State grad and fan, so Orange runs through my veins and always will, just wondering that black would add some bigger pop to it, but I seriously doubt I will change the color either. I think what...
