    Looking for 383 block / engine date coded 5/69 or 6/69 for car manufactured on 7/11/69. I have 383 engine date coded 7/71 that will be for sale once I figure out my solution. Located in Central Florida Thanks.

    Rear cross member alignment.

    Other that lining up the oval holes in the frame rails ends with the new rear crossmember is there any other tips anyone can offer? I will of course measure between the frame rails and ensure they are plumb horizontally and vertically.

    Sheetmetal

    What’s the deal with the various Sheetmetal vendors out there? I’ve read that AMD is the best but they can’t supply what I need right now. It appears Classic sells AMD and OER. There’s Stephen’s and perhaps more. I’m just starting the restoration and need some advice. Thanks,
