Thank you Bob. I don't have enough knowledge about these bearings so assumed that it would be okay. With yours and other recommendation, I think the best thing would be to get the seller to provide a new tapper bearing and adjuster for the passenger side to make everything compatible and correct.

I called them, they won't separate just the tube for the engine compartment. The issue is due to the length of the entire kit, it ships as oversize and I'm in Canada so I get killed with duties and shipping costs.

Hi all, does anyone have a vapor return line for a 71 GTX that they could measure for me? The section that installs in the engine bay on the passenger side inner fender is missing on mine and didn't want to order the entire kit.

It's a 4 speed with Carter AVS and I have never rebuilt a Carter. Appears to be a factory distributor with points ignition. I'll post some pics later today.
