Just used this site to decode 1968 Sport Satellite convertible, and it’s great. The car has factory auto pilot, and that is not voded on the fender tag. How would auto pilot be shown on the fender tag?
This discussion raises an interesting question in my mind. The fresh air ramcharger hood was part of the A39 package, and I see how that works with a 383 4bbl engine. But the package was also available on cars with a 318 2bbl carb. Did the 318 cars have all the under hood ducting to the air...
I almost bought a 1969 Barracuda convertible with the factory shoulder seat belt option about 5 years ago. Seat belts were missing, but fender tag had correct code for the shoulder seat belts. Which brings up my question; What is the option code for factory shoulder seat belts on a 1970 Coronet...

Is it possible to get a copy of the 1970 Coronet Options and Accessories report? Even though the percentages are not exact numbers, they would be extremely helpful in documenting a car.
I know that there are at least 3 companies that sell interior seat covers for a 1970 Coronet 500, and the prices seem comparable. Are Legendary or Year One or PUI interiors the same quality? Does anyone have a recommendation or a preference for the vendor?
sorry, I said sequence number, and meant SO number. I keep getting confused with the correct terminology. Sequence Number is part of the VIN, and I don't really know what the SO number is for. But the tag I am looking at has a SO number starting with K.
What is the meaning of a 1970 Coronet fender tag sequence number that starts with the letter K? I have never seen a sequence number with anything but numbers.
I really like the 1970 Super Bee R/T pitchfork hood scoop, and was wondering if a 1970 hood could be modified to fit a 1969 Coronet 500. Is there a good way to install the 1970 scoop on a 1969 hood?
