Anyone tell me the size of these screws/bolts? A lot of the small stuff was missing from the car when I got it and I don't wanna ram anything in there.

A lot of the shops I've visited have told me they don't have the time, man power or ambition to help me get my car running. Can anyone recommend a good shop? Right now the car isn't pulling fuel from the tank, the lines are clear and I honestly don't feel like working on this problem myself...
