Ok, first off, I have a 1972 Satellite.
The heater fan never worked, and I don't think any of the vents work either that seem to be running by vacuum lines?
It did have air conditioning, but I removed it for a cleaner looking engine bay, also I have an aftermarket dash, so the larger faceplate...
Yea, when we were kids... we thought nothing of it. Didn't really know any better. We had dogs too; they never were sick or died. Probably smart enough not to drink it IDK? Maybe lucky, I guess.
I have two small electric fans, and an aluminum radiator. Not sure the kind, it came with the car...
Where do I aim the temp gun? by the water neck, or the block?
BTW... I am using a new Autometer gauge, it better be accurate!

Its a 72 Satellite with a 400. Power Steering and Air Conditioning. I don't think there will be room for the hose on the Drivers side. Grr...
I didn't even know about it till after I bought the housing. This project has been one situation after another.
Just realized the drivers side vs. Passenger side water pump housing debacle.
I bought an aluminum one where the inlet is on the driver's side, stock it is the passenger side.
It has an aftermarket radiator with the tube for the drivers side. This car also has power steering and Air...
