I have replaced and checked every ground I can think of without rewiring the entire car. The only thing I haven't swapped or tried is the VR for the dash.
Has anyone used an alternator from 440source.com? How is their quality? Has it lasted and produced a good charge? I'm thinking of picking one of theirs up since it is internally regulated and do away with the junk on the firewall. Since I'm still battling the flickering lights I'd rather go this...
There's nothing else. Factory radio that doesn't work... it does have an electronic distributor and MSD box. Oh and a FiTech Command Center and throttle body. That's it. As far as I know everything works as it should.
You sound like you're in the same boat as me. This is what mine looks like. I grounded one terminal to the case. There is an isolation washer under the screw in-between the case and brush. The terminal that is used is opposite with the washer under the screw head as you can see.
