There are some in the Racing Forum that use TI fasteners for lots of stuff.....but don't know about lug nuts. Might post over there and see what you get.

Just make sure the engine is off when you stick your fingers down there.... you probably know that but there just might be someone here who doesn't. Over the years I've run into a few dummies that acted like they knew a lot about cars when they didn't know a dad gum thing about them!

Magnets are a big help for cars in primer IMO......and a wet down also helps to see things.

Pretty much what I did only with ATF that was sitting on the shelf and I knew I wouldn't be using it for anything else. Didn't have any diesel or cheap oil. Nothing much here anymore as far as fluids go from back then.... Thought about that too but don't think this engine has the gritty baked...

Yup it does.....speakers have seen better days though.

You can do some 'minor' grinding on the knuckle but don't go nuts on it......smoothing the edges never hurt anything.

I've heard of using kero too but didn't have any.....and didnt rev the engine up much. Maybe 1300-1400 and watched the oil gauge Don't mind using this thing as a guinea pig since it has surpassed my expectations by a very long ways! Weelllll, figure I'd try to get another year out of it lol

Why, it's a beater LOL! Thing is, I figured this truck would be done over 10 years ago.....it's like an old Dodge Dart....it just won't quit. Everything on it works including the AC but nothing works very good lol
