Anybody have experience with pulling the heads with the engine still in the car. Any challenges or problems to be aware of. I suspect I might have some worn valve guides and am considering pulling the heads to get some work done, but don't really want to pull the engine out of the car.

I bought a new upper bezel to replace the one on my 4 speed shifter in my 70 Charger. Problem is, I don't know how to get the old one off. I don't see any screws, set screws, pins or anything. Does anyone know how to remove the upper bezel from the shifter arm? Thanks!
