I realized @ Carlisle this year why my fuel filler tube flops about from side to side - it is missing the bracket to secure it. Now it is leaking from the gasket/seal where it goes into the tank - where can I buy the bracket and the seal?

1. Do I need to put anything on the paper gasket? 2. Should the 2 bolts that secure the fuel pump have washers and/or lock washers? Thanks!
