OK, I ordered an oil pan because mine was cracked. When we went to install it, we discovered it's about 1 inch to shallow. The oil pick has a different shape but is the same length. I got the oil pan kit from Jim's. Does anyone know if there were two or more different oil pans on the 440 motors?

OMG now what? I put my 69 runner in the shop because I had a small exhaust manifold leak on the drivers side. When the most aft bolt was removed water came out. Can some please tell me WTF is that from? Also on the left exhaust manifold there is a little pipe near where the exhaust pipe...

I have identified a small leak and want to replace my gaskets. The shop manual does not call for any sealeant. Should I use any or jujst replace the gasket? Thanks

I noted while driving to a crusie in on Friday night, that once the car gets warn, the idle increases about 500 to 600 RPM. The car has a Dominator carburator on it. Any ideas why?
