    Transmission seal restorer.

    Last Fall we purchased a car that had been sitting in storage for about 12 years. It has an automatic transmission, and now a few of the seals are leaking. Has anyone had success using a product to soften the seals and minimize the leaking?

    727 dipstick

    Could someone tell me the proper factory color for the dipstick handle of the 727 transmission? Mine is painted engine color, but I think that's probably wrong. I think unpainted, or silver, might be correct.
