    There is a 1970 Satellite for sale here on the forum and in the listing it says the original engine was a 318 Poly. I thought they went out in the mid-sixties.

    I will shortly be installing the motorhome 440 and 727 transmission I bought into my 1966 Belvedere II. My question is; should I drop them in together, or is better to put them in separately?

    I just picked up a 440 4 barrel out of a camper van. It has a rear sump oil pan. I am putting it into my 1966 Belvedere. I will need to change to a rear sump pan and corresponding oil pickup, correct?

    440 Source balancer

    My stock balancer was failing, as i found the timing mark had moved quite a bit. I bought a 440 Source balancer, the black one and installed it. Now the crank pulley is rubbing the water pump housing. Anyone else had this problem?
