......so the Minn Gold is running rough folks. I started her this week after let her sit out the cold weather for 5 weeks, and she's running like crap. Pulled the plugs and cleaned them up, and still not too good.....sounds like its missing on 6-8, but almost like an exhaust leak.....no leaks...

SO I've seen a few posts on this....but now that I've cleaned up my reverse switch.....no lever!!!
I need one.......plastic piece that toggles the back up switch....

I have a general idea of where some of these are located.....but have a found my online resources to be varied.... don't see a lot on here on the 66/67's. If you have the pics, lets add them......greatly appreciated.
....so.....thinking this going to be a tad more simple than it's turned out to be.....but are the universal joints for a 67 Coronet 8/34 a crap shoot? I pressed out the rear one, and scored a NOS TRW 20059 unit.....but is seems a bit larger than the one that came out. Is this a front unit...

So, like everything else.....the transmission sat for 40 years. The unit was full, and the fluid is reddish, and does not smell burned. I have the transmission out and will rebuild it....but do you think the converter could still be good? It was totally full as well.

So I’m going to take a stab at rebuilding the 727. I’ve have a ton of resource material and vids on YouTube to look at, but what I really need is an opinion on kits. Who makes a good master rebuild kit for stock applications? Thanks in advance

So what are your thoughts on saving a rusty engine? The motor in the '67 Coronet is sezed pretty hard. Took the all the pull offs on the front of the motor, intake and carb ect. Valve covers are off and the exhaust manifolds ect. Been using Marvel Mystery oil per cylinder and Seafom...
