To the point : will '73 & later brake calipres work on '71-'72 B Body knuckles ?
I'm asking simply because those irritating calipre springs ( "V"-shaped clips which pop the calipre back into its resting spot when the brakes are released )...
A big "Thank You!" to YY1 and Randy73 for their input / assistance in the replacing the front shocks on my '72 Coronet .
Now , I've got a '71 Charger which needs its rear shocks replaced , and am wondering about tricks / tips on their replacement ( bitchy bolts , accessibility , etc. , etc. )...
I'm about to replace all four shocks on my '72 Charger , and am wondering if there's any tricks about it . I've never replaced shocks before , so this is new to me ; what's the ideal way to go-about it ?
I'll be working on this myself , laying on my back and sides fighting with arthritis...
