    Tag Decode: Is B51 Disc Brakes?

    All, I have a 70 Charger I'm working on, and based on the Fender Tag I was expecting B51 to be Power Assist Disc Brakes. Am I decoding it wrong? The brakes clearly are Drums (2nd Pic).
