sooo, who makes the best kit to rebuild the heater a/c air box? i saw a post somewhere on here with pic, maybe a video of rebuilding one, but i cant find it now ! ny help on this also ?

is this a straight forward swap? or are they totally different ? 72 charger a/c car, have to replace the air box, should i go back to an A/c box or is a non a/c simple to install? someone gutted the one thats on the car now and all the ductwork is gone also..

where can i get one ?? 72 Satellite with a 440. it has been running warm on long drives at highway speeds, i checked everything else and this only thing thing that i can find. I think the hose is slowly collapsing . where can i get the spring or a new hose with the spring in it ??

is this normal? 72 satellite. never noticed it before, but was messing with my 8 track player the other day and turned the key backwards to AC position and the blower motor came on ?? wiring has not been cut.. am i missing something

so.. just hit the 500 mile mark on the new 440. runs great, runs cool(195 )around town,on open road if i run 60 mph or over for 10- 15 miles, then heats up to - 205 - 207 area. doesnt matter if ac is on or not, can back it down to 2700/2800 rpms and it drops back to 195. at 60 mph shows 3100...

well, I finally broke down and bought a new heater control valve and control cable.. does anyone have pics of one installed ?? couple different holes on inner fender , not sure which to use, also cable has a flat black piece on one end but not the other, does this go under the dash or under hood ??

any suggestions on A/C compressor upgrades ?? still have the old 2 piston style, want something more efficient and less noisy. was looking at Original Air 's complete kit ( part # 22-315-BB) any thoughts ??
