    70 charger won't shut off

    I have a 70 charger that starts and runs but when I turn the key to shut it off, it keeps running. The only way it will shut off is to turn the lights on. With the key off and lights on, at low rpm's it shuts right down. At higher rpm's, it will just run crappy and then shut off. I hooked up...
