I have my instrument panel apart and I noticed there is small foam pads around the light nacelles, not sure what to call them. But the two green turn signal lenses have small pieces of foam surrounding the nacelle. Can these be purchased? Or do I just make my own?

1967 Satellite, I just installed a new under-dash harness from Year One. Fits very well. One question...
There are two, I think 12G, wires coming in, red and black coming to the back of the instrument panel, they attach with nuts.
One the instrument panel the red is labeled as POS or +12V...
I'm installing a new under-dash harness from YearOne, so far going well, but one question, there is a GRD pin on the ignition switch.
The harness doesn't seem to have a connector for the GRD pin all the other pins are there.
Can I just provide my own ground connector?
How do I remove these three wires from the motor (see arrow)? They seem to go inside the motor case.
I'm replacing the engine/lighting harness with a new one.
Problem: when the engine warms up, I get starter chatter when I turn the ignition to start the car

I'm confused. The plastic turn signal cancel mechanism seems to be in two pieces, I have a new "top" piece from Classic Industries, see picture.
The lower and top piece seem to be attached with a bushing, see next picture? The whole assembly is loose but the wires aren't long enough to allow...

67 Satellite 318 new rebuild
I've got the engine back in, and 1st start of the 318 went well, but I didn't keep good track of my wiring. I'm not getting a charge from the alternator. I place a volt meter on the large terminal and ground and nothing.

Anyone recommend a mini starter? 67 Satellite 318 & 727, hope to have headers. I've searched the forum's for "mini starter" and nothing comes back.
Are they worth it? Clearance, ease of installation that sort of thing? I thought I recall something about a Dakota part number that would work...
