I replaced the rubber strut rod bushings (cracked/torn) on my 1962 Savoy with polyurethane bushings from Springs n' Things.
The FSM states "with the vehicle on the ground, torque the nut(s) to 40 foot-pounds."
1) Would the torque spec. be the same for poly. bushings?

I found a used headliner for my '62 Savoy Suburban, which is several separate sections of the white perforated "cardboard-looking" material. It's in good shape, without any serious stains. I'd like to clean it, without doing any damage, before I install it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
