I looked at In Line Tube for a stainless brake line kit for my 64 Fury
All of their stainless kits are sold out
I have single master cylinder with a booster all drum
Going dual master with the booster disc/drum
Any other good suppliers out there?
Ed
I purchased a set about 6 years ago for my 64 Belvedere that contoured to the floor board
and for the life of me I can't remember the manufacturer
Does any one out there know the ones I am talking about?
Ed
Bought a set of Super Stock seats for the Coronet from a fellow board member.
did a test fit. did any one fabricate brackets to raise them a little off the floor? I don't like how low they sit right on the floor boards with the aluminum brackets.
Christmas came a little early for me this year, got the quarter panel to fix my crushed Coronet. Been locating parts for awhile now. little costly but the car is worth the repair IMO
Met a guy says he has a 318 poly motor that came from the factory with two four barrel carbs on a stock cast iron manifold.
motor is rebuilt but has been sitting for a number of years..
My question is did Ma Mopar make such an animal? If so what year and what cars were they available in?
Any...
picked this Coronet up over the weekend from a fellow board member. car has a lot of potential. was a pretty solid car before the tree hit it. not alot of rust. needs the quarter replaced, and the Caltrac got bent on the drivers side. a very fixable car IMO
picked up my Belvedere from the welder today. looks like a very good job to me. he said he did have to grind a little here and there to make them fit. he also said with the metal on my car being in such good shape it helped alot on the welding end.
took out the interior of my 64 Belvedere today.
getting U.S. Car Tool frame connectors welded in.
floors look pretty good for being 49 years old
little surface rust by foot well, small leak from wiper pivot seal
does any one know of a tool to remove the screws that hold the license plate light housings on the 64 savoy and belvedere. see attached pic, looks like the tamper proof screws used on the bath room partitions in schools
Thanks
Ed
pulled this one out of southwest New Jersey yesterday. more buildable than the one I picked up in Massachussetts a few months ago.
still looking for the holy grail though.
