I came across this charger for sale. I wanted to get some tribal knowledge opinions on this one. Looks very original to me. What do you think over all? I am a little baffled by the SE style tail light lenses. Or, did these lenses sometimes go on base hardtops? Thanks in advance..

My steering wheel has started to make noise. It's power steering and feels normal regarding that, but makes scratchy noise at the column, near where the steering wheel connects. You can kind of feel it to, like something is wearing out. Is there a bearing in there or something to replace?
