My seats in my 67 satellite are in near perfect condion except for the color (black). No tears, no creases nothing. They look faded. Anything I can do to restore the color?

I am repainting the metal part of the dash on my 1967 satellite. It's black and i'm not sure if the finish is a satin or flat. Can anyone please tell me. Thanks
