    1971 Charger dash reassembly

    I'm working on reassembling my '71 Charger's dash but I didn't take it apart. So, I will have a few questions as I go along. First question is do I have the ash tray right? Second question is do the defroster ducts screw directly into the steel dash frame or are there some u-nuts I don't have?

    '71-'74 dash vent removal?

    Are the vents int he dash insert in the '71 to '74 cars removable in a non-destructive way? I bought an extra insert from a member and want to experiment with putting a vinyl wrap on it but need to get the vents out of my way first.
