I got the headliner on the bows and have them turned up and was in the process of setting the liner on the teeth when I suddenly realized that the row of teeth half way down the sail panel were at a different angle then the teeth around the rear window.

Seems REM is the only maker of package trays and theirs is 58 1/4" and my cars opening is 59 1/4" which leaves around an inch gap in the front, the depth on theirs is perfect.

I did a search and came up empty. But these are the vacuum operated ones that open and close the air flow doors.
I just got new panels and they did not come with the holes cut out for the ash trays.
