Heat crossover is blocked and I don't want the starting problems of not having a choke. The choke that's on it is trash, if I replace the choke with a new piece, it will still open up fully, right? I realize it will take longer but as long as it opens, it's better than a manual choke.
Ma Mopar says 40 ft lbs on the intake bolts but I'm pretty sure that was for a cast iron intake. Edlebrock recommends 25. I have an original 69 1/2 edlebrock 6 bbl intake. What do you guys recommend on the torque for this piece? I can't find anything from mopar on what they torqued the aluminum...
