They were in a pile of 70 Charger parts that I bought in a lot but don`t think they`re for it. I`m guessing something front bumper bracket supports of some kind for a 19?? ???? , Any ideas.

I have these bolts & switch to identify. I thought it was a defrost switch until I flipped it over & it reads Top??? Switch Part number 2947 262 . The bolts have what looks like teeth on the outside corners, must mean something?? Anybody care to weigh in??
